"BIG" Upload for the "BIG" Holiday Weekend

Yeah I know the title of this post isn't too catchy, but I didn't know what else to call it. I'm just excited to be releasing these remixes. I totally forgot that I had these in my arsenal. Both of these remixes were completed in 2009.

First is a break I made featuring the beat to Jamie Foxx's "Blame It." I started off with a Lil Jon vocal from the end of "Get Buck." The hook and one of the verse's are from Cassidy's "Drink and My 2 Step." I also had to get Weezy on the track.

And as promised, here is the second of my Michael Jackson remixes. I have been so busy that I doubt I will have a new MJ remix done in time for his anniversary. I am still very proud to even have a small part in continuing his legacy.

Beggin' For Your Hands Up

One of the proudest moments in the life of a artist/remixer is seeing one of your tracks reach the top of the charts. That is exactly how I felt when I released "Beggin' For Your Hands Up" in March of 2009. That same month, it reached #6 on the DJCity.com Hot Box. It was a great feeling at the time and has been constant driving force for me to continue pumping out the remixes.

Cinco de Drinko @ Sage Lounge in Whittier

Vision Ent. is hosting "Cinco de Drinko" inside Sage Lounge on Wed. May 5. I'll be mixing alongside DJ's J Love, Son of Sam and KPWR Alum, DJ Colgate. The festivities begins at 6:00PM with Happy Hour beers for $3 and continues until 2:00AM.

Micahel Jackson Remix Series - Part 1

This was one of the first tracks in a series of Michael Jackson remixes I created after MJ passed away in 2009. As the anniversary of his death gets closer I will post other remixes I did for your enjoyment.

I am currently working on a new MJ remix idea that I will hopefully release close to the anniversary.

This is just my way to help keep MJ alive with all of us.

Crosstreet DJ's 1st Collabo

This track is the first collaboration between myself and DJ Sadistik. We call ourselves the Crosstreet DJ's.

We mashed up Reel 2 Real's "I Like to Move It" and Hi-Fi vs Dave Darrell's "Flash 2.9." (That is where the Flash Gordon movie poster reference comes from.) You can listen to it on DJ Sadistik's SoundCloud page.

80's night to benefit Identity Theft Awareness

I'll be at Moonshadow in North Hollywood on Thursday Apr. 8 for a special one night event to raise awareness for Identity Theft.

It can happen to anyone people. Check your credit.

Anyway, there will be live performances by The Mornings, The Fanatix Dancers and Dez Jones and myself, DJ Blvd, and DJ Skot will be rocking an 80's set to end the night.

Starts at 7pm and there is No Cover. Donations and raffle participation is greatly appreciated.
